Why are 2K so afraid of giving this guy a three ball but will willingly make guys like Mikan and Hakeem knockdown?

It's so obvious, people are willing to pay big bucks to get those cards like Hakeem so there's that. But for Mikan, it's basically the fact that there aren't that many barometers to allow a bigman to receive a high rating, thus 2k is forced to make bigman that need a high rating to have a somewhat decent 3pt shot since even w/ those other typical bigman stats it's not enough to boost their ovr lmao. And it's also cause they know people will be willing to spend for those set cards

Last year very few people used big men from the old era, because they were undersized and lacked range. You can't blame them, Mikan was 6'10" and barely had a mid range in 2k16. He'd get destroyed by nearly everyone. My guess is they gave him a 3 point shot so that he'd be part of the meta in some form. This still doesn't justify giving Hakeem and Ewing a 3 point shot though.

This man had an incredible regular season, willing his team to the 3rd seed with unbelievable career best scoring, and overall playing - kudos to him!
Unfortunately he was inconsistent in the playoffs this season...

He had 37 in Game 3, Lowry wasn't there he was injured. If you watched Game 4 the Cavs gave DeMar "Jordan Treatment" the doubled him everytime he had the ball and forced him to pass. Yet he had I think 19 and 11.

Geez 2K - you cruel souls just don't seem to get Derozen right! Too low of a post fade, ( that's his bread and butter ), only 58 strength ( gets and-ones for days ), and only ONE hall of fame badges with no gold?! 2K is so asinine with these cards. So he's a 96 compared to a previously released 94; his vert, speed,& shot contest are up. He was duo with DeAndre Jordan on the 94(I'm still trying to figure the DJ connection but whatever,maybe they were dorm roomies), the point is it made his defense bearable & gave DJ a hook and a free throw. Now he's back Duo'd w Lowry basically doing same as DeAndre: making his 3 not disgusting...but the 94 DeRozan defense is atrocious & the duo won't help THAT...and no badges when he's a mid range king, yet the 96 has what they forgot(hof mid). It's like the loones run the asylum AND THEY MAKE UP THIS STUFF ON THE FLY AS THEY GO.
P.S.I'm still trying to figure out how I'm supposed to get Allstar Ewing for Larry Johnson as they drop all these new duos for others.
