TL;DR: H4k33m has not changed his ways, and he should have his account wiped, rather than banned, if you agree or happen to be persuaded by what I am about to say, say /sign to sign this petition, and hopefully we will get the attention of an administrator
A user who goes by the name H4k33mD4Dr34m0l4juw0n is infamous for an incident a few years ago, in which he created a chat called "The Shadow, in which he manipulated votes by getting up to 30 people to repeatedly upvote his comments, before he got caught. The punishment was of course was that he was permanently banned, or that's what was the punishment at the time, as not too long after, he was unbanned. What I am here to express today is that H4k33m in fact did not change in his tactics of vote and follower manipulation and that his account should be wiped, as he should not be the one to be the face of this site statistics wise. This site has had many other people who have symbolized the site over its 4 years running. It should not be represented by a desperate attention seeker who spends hours in a week
VOTE MANIPULATION
While there isn't any clear examples of vote manipulation in recent times, I have recorded some data to show that the effects of vote manipulation, whether it occured then or now, is still present. I recorded that 68.2% of H4k33m's comments have at least 1 upvote, which is obscenely high. To put this into perspective, here is H4k33m's percentage compared to some of the top commenter's percentages
H4k33mD4Dr34m0l4juw0n: 68.2%
zemGOAT: 44.8%
VBVBEB: 30.1%
GOLLUMonFIRE: 29.4%
Damian: 27.4%
From this statistic, it is certain to me that some form of vote manipulation is going on. To settle in the point, I will now compare H4k33m's percentage to some of the more respected moderators and admins, who are supposed to have a higher chunk of their comments holding some form of relevancy

This is all recent, and this is definitely overdoing it to say the least, this is clear follow manipulation, and it is almost like he has made up random motives so that people would be more willing to follow him. A few even mentioned that he was spamming them as well.
GOAL
I hope that I persuaded some people that H4k33m hasn't changed his ways since the ban, and I think his account should be completely wiped. As of right now, the statistics show that H4k33m is almost like the face of the site, which is very bad as H4k33m is one of the last people which a prosperous site like 2KMTCENTRAL would like to have as symbol. This would also help H4k33m. I am saying this because I myself was once very obsessed with these numbers, and I also had alts to upvote myself, and once my alts were banned, and my main account was banned for a short amount of time, I got over the issues I had. I think this is what H4k33m needs, not to have his account banned, but have it wiped, as this would definitely help to teach a lesson, to not take advantage of the site features. I also think this will stabilize his ego to an extent. Thank you for listening, and I hope you will sign this petition.

When my little brother was on my account doing a draft so we could play 2k together to get teams, he messaged my brother when i didnt follow anyone other than my friends and wanted to do a bet and if i loss i had to upvote allof his comments and he also kept on asking me annoying things.
