Well R.I.P. my VC.
Should I get him or wait???
https://2kmtcentral.com/19/lineups/342825/team
atleast they didnt give him 86 ball control
I think if you put a shoe on him he can speed boost in takeover
if he can speed boost in takeover i will not hesitate to delete 2k
Show 2 replies...Expected more with what they gave to Ben Simmons. This dude hit a three at least
Kareems release is alot better than simmons. He feels much more consistent from range because of this.
Oh, okay. Just like 2k18 then. I Only play MyTeam once a month so I rock with a budget lineup and never had GodSquads. Good to know.
Also idk why anyone would downvote your comment some people here are not nice
I don’t even check what HOF badges these GO’s have anymore, I just check what they don’t have. It’s so much faster
kareem or wilt who was better?
Remember when we were excited when Galaxy Opals came out?
And now they’re dropping 1, 2, or even 3 every Tuesday or Thursday?
Smh, it’s not even exciting anymore
When we talk of the elite centers, a few names come to mind: Wilt, Kareem, Shaq, Mikan, Bill Russell, Hakeem. Wilt had the single most impressive game log of anyone ever, and some of his stats are mind-blowing, but if you look closer, Wilt wasn't that far behind on some of them, and, as I will make the argument below, had perhaps the greatest season in the history of the NBA.
We'll start with the one record that Kareem does not come close on: points in a single game. Wilt of course scored 100 in a game. Kareem never eclipsed 60. Now consider what the says about his consistency. Or, if you can't quite imagine it, check out Kareem's third season points game log here: https://imgur.com/a/KVGtx81 There was 1 game that season that Kareem didn't score at least 20 points (he scored 17, to go along with 25 rebounds and 6 assists, in 48 minutes of play).
Wilt played remarkable minute loads, as many as 48.5 minutes per season(!). Kareem was not far behind him though: in his third season, he averaged over 44 minutes per game. Now, consider that despite playing over 40 minutes per game his first seven seasons in the league, Kareem was scoring over 20 points per game (and playing over 30 minutes a game) until he was 38 years old. That's some astonishing longevity.
That's pretty impressive, but I'm going to take it up a notch: Kareem's third season might have been the single most dominant season of any player in NBA history. It was one of his 6 MVP seasons.
The baseline stats are impressive but do not tell the full story. He averaged 34.8 points, and 16.6 rebounds, on 57% FG% (blocks and steals were not maintained). The advanced stats, however, are mind-blowing: Kareem's win shares that year were 25.4; his win shares per 48 minutes were .34. Wilt's highest numbers, by comparison, were 25 and .325. George Mikan's highest total win shares was 23.4. Michael Jordan's: 21.2. LeBron's: 20.3. Shaq's: 18.6.
I wish I could get into additional advanced metrics with Kareem's third season but sadly due to limited game data availability, other metrics (BPM, VORP) are not available for that season. Kareem's highest VORP in available years (1973-74 onward) was 10.5, in the 1975-76 season, which is impressive but not quite as high as MJ's best (12 and 11.8), or LeBron's best (11.6).
But we have good reason to believe that Kareem's third season would have had the highest VORP ever. Kareem's ratio of Win Shares to VORP got (roughly) steadily higher as his season progressed, excluding his final season (when his VORP was -0.1). In his fifth year, the first year we can calculate his VORP, it was 1.95. It remained under 2 until much later in his career. If we take that fifth year's WinShares/VORP ratio, which is actually the worst of the first 6 years we can calculate it, as the ratio to use, we produce an estimated VORP for Kareem's third season of 12.97. If we optimistically used his best ratio, which was 1.62, then his VORP for that year jumps to 15.69.
tl;dr: Kareem might have been the greatest center in NBA history, and might have had the single greatest season in NBA history.

Any tips and suggestions would be appreciated. Have a great day and watch the NBA Finals!
At last we play with best Center player on 2k he is amazing!!!
We bought him 40.000mt on ps4. like a joke right? He was 450.000mt just 1 week ago. After duo pack price down 10times.
Just buy him and his duo Oscar(10.000mt) too. Oscar is also so good pg i diddnt give chance him but after i play with this duo he's so enjoyable so good.
It's the end of the year. Of course 2k is gonna drop unrealistic, overpowered cards..
Ladies and gentleman, the best center in the game.
We thought we wouldn't get Kareem with a 3 ball again.
We were VERY wrong.
79 3Ball :D Unlike Ben Simmons, Kareem actually hit one during a game.
His release is miles better than simmons, much more consistent from range. The rating means nothing in this case.
That is not the point though.
Show 1 reply...What does Kareem like on his coffee? Kareem! hahahahahahahaha
this card actually looks super good and hes gonna be cheap cause hes a center hes like a bigger bill russell when he has the duo

Ok, who the H E C K is downvoting everyone?
Seriously, my opinion on who was the best center ever ( Wilt ) got downed because of some salty new-head.
Straight up whoever dislike all the comments I hope KAJ comes and assblast your cheeks
I know people are going to freak over this card but the GALAXY OPAL WILT is still better.

Pierce got carried in 08 by kg and ray allen
You Dumb Dumb
wade was carried by lebron and bosh...also paul pierce was the leading scorer on that team and won finals map
Wade won finals mvp in 06 as well so.....
i never said wade was carried by shaq or that wade sucks but what paul pierce said is true if he had the same teammates as wade he'd do better and wade is the better player pierce had a better career tho because by 2011 wade was injured and lost the flash
Amen

Lmao fr 92 Speed dude OP by PD Ayton
so you saying a coach and shoe cant boost his three pointer lol?
Ooh a hunned
And here we all thought 2k was about to go semi realistic they told us
SIKE
Yep because why wouldn't someone who shot 5% from three get a 79 3pt
Told you
At least they didn't give him 86 Ball Control
Our only saving grace
It's literally the end of the year stop complaining on every single new card. These are meaningless.
I can complain about whatever the fuck I want to and this is ridiculous. He never shot threes yet he always gets a better three pointer than actual shooters
