I have him at diamond. Once he's fully evolved pink diamond he has 3677 stat points. Compare those stats to your favorite galaxy opal and he still might have more stat points then them. The grind is enduring though but once you practice his jumpshot which is his only flaw you should be unstoppable. He plays great defense against bigger point guards hence his high 98 interior defense.

These evolution cards, will they even be worth it? the amount of time some of them take to get to top level, and knowing 2k they will release a better version of them all eventually. They would be worth it if i knew 2k wasn't going to release better versions of them

who cares at that point not much people were taking 3s when you think of great shooters do you think of Jason kidd lol like cmon man dirk and peja are great shooters kidd may have more doesn't mean he's a better shooter John stockton has more assists than Magic does that make him a better PG?

Kidd has more made threes despite playing almost two seasons less worth of games than Dirk. Kidd was 36% for his career, including a dismal start; Dirk was 38% for his career. Not exactly a huge difference.
Not saying Dirk wasn't a better shooter, but the idea that anyone in the top ten all time for a stat shouldn't have a 90+ rating there in 2k is ridiculous.

this years cards are ridiculous man every card just plays the same like everyone can shoot 3's, dunk, or defend like if i have a specific player i want them to play like that player J kidd should be a great playmaking defender slasher not bombing 3's on me

With a high 3pts shot, 98 steal, 97 speed, 96 layup, great size and a ton of HOF badges fully evolved... Yeah he is much more than a pass-first PG but hey you do you my man

Yeah he wasn't much of a dunker nor a great shooter (except for his later years).
But he is my favourite player of all time because of his insane basketball IQ and vision. The dude was absurd at making reads on the fastbreak. I have an old school Suns jersey with #32 and still rock it till this day

Nice, too bad that Penny became an injured shell of his former self, so him and Kidd never pan out, just like Hill and TMAC.
His shooting only got better when he was traded to Dallas for Devin Harris, him and Eddie Jones are the only good defenders that never were good shooters, became good shooters later in their careers.
